Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services, products, websites, and facilities provided by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) under its LPG brand Indane Gas. By registering for an LPG connection, booking a cylinder, using our services, or accessing our digital platforms, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
LPG connections are provided to eligible individuals and entities in accordance with Indian Oil guidelines, Government of India policies, and applicable laws. Customers must submit valid identity, address, and KYC documents as required.
2. LPG Usage
Indane LPG is supplied strictly for domestic, commercial, or industrial use as specified at the time of registration. Misuse, resale, or transfer of LPG cylinders for unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of service and legal action.
3. Booking and Delivery
Cylinder bookings can be made through authorized distributors, online portals, mobile applications, IVRS, or other approved channels. Delivery timelines are subject to availability, location, and operational conditions. Indian Oil and its distributors are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond their control.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices of LPG cylinders, deposits, and service charges are determined by Indian Oil and/or the Government of India and are subject to change without prior notice. Customers must ensure timely payment of all applicable charges. Subsidies, if applicable, will be credited as per government policy.
5. Safety and Customer Responsibility
Customers must use LPG cylinders, regulators, and stoves supplied by authorized sources only. Proper ventilation, safe handling, and adherence to safety instructions are mandatory. Indian Oil is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence, unauthorized equipment, or improper usage.
6. Inspection and Maintenance
Indian Oil or its authorized distributors reserve the right to inspect LPG installations at the customer's premises to ensure compliance with safety norms. Customers must allow access for inspection, maintenance, or safety checks when required.
7. Suspension or Termination
Indian Oil reserves the right to suspend or terminate LPG services without prior notice in case of misuse, false information, non-payment, safety violations, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Indian Oil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use LPG services, except as mandated by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, content, and materials related to Indane Gas are the property of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and may not be used without prior written permission.
10. Amendments
Indian Oil reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
